How to Create Commission Agents in Websol Muhasib ERP
Websol Muhasib ERP allows you to create a commission agent and assign the commission agents on sales. This was a great and advanced new feature provided by Websol Technologies in the Muhasib ERP. This feature helps business owners to create their commission agents in the software.
Create Commission Agents
Follow the steps below to create the commission agents in the software.
Step 1. Log in to the system and access the Main Back Office user interface.
Step 2. On the appeared screen, click on the "Sales and Customers" button.
Step 3. The "Transaction" window is shown on the "Sales Management" window.
Step 4. On the tab bar, go to the "Maintenance" section.
Step 5. On the left of the "Maintenance" section, click on "Commission Agents"
Step 6. The "Commission Agents" window is shown on the screen.
Step 7. In the "Commission Agents" window, follow the steps in the following.
- In the "First Name & Last Name" fields, enter the name of the agent.
- In the "National ID" field, enter the national Id of the agent.
- In the "Mobile" field, enter the mobile number of the agent.
- In the "Email" field, enter the email of the agent.
- In the "Address" field, enter the address of the agent.
- In the "Profit Percentage" field, give the profit number of the agent.
- Select the status of the commission agent from the "Status" dropdown.
- In the "Discount Value" field, enter the amount of the discount.
Step 8. On the left, click on the Save button (message box appears "Record has been Updated successfully").
Step 9. You can see the discount offers in the "Agent Records" table.
Step 10. Close the window.
